Anne Land will be presenting the work of the Citizen Science working group of NPOS on the quality factors of citizen science

Anne Land is a member of the National Program Open Science (NPOS) working group on CS. The group has prepared an advice for the NPOS on a national network structure for CS and a way to support the quality of citizen science. 

The quality factors are based on the “Ten Principles of Citizen Science” developed by ECSA (European Citizen Science Association). For each of these principles we have developed specific indicators related to different phases of citizen science projects. Project organizers can use these indicators to improve the quality of citizen science projects.
